She was predeceased by: her husband Arther Eugene Phillips; and her daughter Angela. She is survived by: her children, Debra Bevier of Tonasket, WA, Brenda Bevier of Ephrata, WA, Carla Shirley (Archie) of Newport, WA and Arther Phillips Jr. of Newport, WA.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
