It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veeda Marie Collier of Newport, Washington, born in Fort Duchesne, Utah, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Collier; her daughter Penny Collier; her grandson David Jernigan; her parents, Rhonda Bucher and Daniel Felter; and her siblings, Jim Felter, Jasper Felter, Earl Felter and Janet Clark.

She is survived by : her children, Colleen Porter, Shirley Kelso (Lynn), Colan Collier and Ginny Eldridge (Phil); and her grandchildren, Ryan Jernigan, Brant Collier, Angie Douglas, Bill Collier, Brandy Collier, Eric Collier, Veeda Jo Jones and Cody Hawken. She is also survived by grandkids and a great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.
