He was predeceased by: his father Adra Chamberlain; and his daughter Rhonda. He is survived by: his children, Chris Bolt (Becky), Devin Kent (Gary) of Kettle Falls and Shannon Bolt (Shannon); and his siblings, Terry, Janet, Lois, Gary, Tim and Patty. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
