He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Michael, Dustin, Kayle and Matthew; his grandchildren, Bradyen, Keegan, Tatum and Delilah Moore; his siblings, Tom Moore, Terry Collum and John Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Angela, Chris, Brian, Darrin Collum, Kaitlan Fritz, Thomas Moore and Lauren Moore.
