She was predeceased by: her parents, Lelah Miller Stuck and Hubart T. Stuck; her husbands, David Cook and Chuck Kordonowy; her stepfather Lars Hill; her brother Richard Hill; her grandparents, Guy and Flossie Miller; and her great-grandparent Perry Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Cook Hoffmann, Karen Cook, Jeanna Cook, Darin Cook (Erin) and Diana Cook Wynn (Allan). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
