She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Norris and Vardean Carscaden Smith; and her stepfather Frank Smith. She is survived by: her son Mark Evan (Bekah); her husband Mike; and her sisters, Pennee Mecham (Mike) and Cheri Griggs Smith (Lee). She is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Leaf Cemetery (1961 NE 16th Ave, Oak Harbor, WA 98277).
