He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Schutte and Irene Schutte; his wife Peggy Ann Schutte (Bomley); his siblings, Joanne Beyer and Raymond Schutte; and his nieces, Jessica, Janeah and Janessa Goheen.

He is survived by: his son Camden Reuben Schutte (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Declan, Norah and Parker; and his brother Bob Schutte (Lynn). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
