He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Manke (Chuck) and Dorothy Manke; his son Mark Charles Manke; and his siblings, Larry Manke, Virgil Manke, Arlene Bac and Raymond Manke.
He is survived by : his son Joel Mitchell (Shannon) of Shelton; his wife Judith Manke of Olympia; his daughter Holly White (Neal) of Bainbridge Island; and his siblings, Bunny Orr of Shelton, Judy Byrne of Kennewick and James Manke of Tacoma. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
