He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Bonnie (La Vonne). He is survived by: his son Michael Higley (April) of Baxter, MN; his grandchildren, Devin Higley of Alexandria, MN, Brainna Higley (Donnie) of Palmer, AK and Sabrina Hingst (Josh) of Bertha, MN; and his great grandchildren, Ariel, Aylah, Sofia and Aliya.
