He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Holden and Fay Vincent; his former wife Mary; and his sister Priscilla Hagen of Lake Oswego, Oregon.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; and his children, Kevin (Suzanne), Kerry (Jon Geffen) and Karl (Sipho). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any memorial tributes be made to Perry Technical Institute in Yakima Washington, or the Olympia Ski Club.
