She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horgdal and Anna Horgdal (Olason); and her siblings, Fran DeFord, Mary Davis, Emily Caudill-Fry, Anna Lorimer, Hilda Berndson, Jim Horgdal and John Horgdal.

She is survived by: her sister Joanne Bash; her daughter Shelly Sweeney (Charlie); her grandchildren, Ashley, Megan, Angie and Jeff; and her great grandchildren, Donovan, Brinlee, Kendall and Payton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
