He is survived by: his children, Eric Vinton Kackley of Skamania, Washington and Marlene Ranee Shearer (Kackley) of Olympia, Washington; and his brother Richard Dee Kackley of Ontario, California. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
