She was predeceased by : her husband George Lewis. She is survived by : her children, Daniel Lewis (Carolyn) of Albany, David Lewis of Salem, Oregon, Debbie Hanna (David) of Olympia and Janet Ball (Willie) of Salem. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
