He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Finley and Ethel Finley (Billups); his siblings, Jerry, Lloyd, Judy, Muriel and Stephan; his daughter-in-law Sheryl Finley; and his stepdaughter Dawn Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Jellison; his children, Robert Finley of Port Orchard, Ronda Finley of Richland, LeAnn O'Connor of Spokane, Mitchell Greenleaf (Vicki) of Snohomish, Mary Greenleaf of Kent, Danita Bledsoe (Paul) of Spokane, Denise Watkins of Sultan, Leota Brokofsky of Sultan, Tyler Brokofsky of Skykomish and Steven Brokofsky (Judy) of Monroe; and his siblings, Joanne Wills (Tom) of Lake Stevens and Jonnie Finley (Suzy) of Salem, Oregon.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Memorial Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (213 Western Ave, Tonasket, WA 98855).
