With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Marie Shields of Othello, Washington, born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on January 16, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Abrahamsen and Arthur Abrahamsen; and her husband Kenneth Shields. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Dianna) of Moses Lake, WA, John (Lynn) of Kennewick, WA, Charles of Spokane Valley, WA and Linda of Olympia, WA. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 24 Great grandchildren; one Great-great grandchild and several nieces.
