It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Qwen Sloan of Othello, Washington, born in Cardston, Alberta, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Strate and Mabel Strate; and her husband Hugh C. Sloan. She is survived by: her children, Greg Sloan (Irene), Julie Ewell (Ken) and Holly Hendrickson (Brian). She is also survived by nine beautiful grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
