She was predeceased by: her parents, James Weitzel and Dorothy Weitzel; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Catie Schoultz (Chris) and Dan Schoultz (Tenaya); and her brothers, Jim Weitzel, Randy Weitzel (Pam), Mike Weitzel and Brian Weitzel (Wendy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
