Esther Nowack Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Nowack of Palouse, Washington, born in Steele, North Dakota, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mikel Tietz and Ottilie Tietz (Zerbst); her husband Jim Nowack; and her siblings, Ed, Bill, Gus, Adolph, Art Tietz, Emma Taylor, Ann Taylor, Bertha Daily and Margaretta Emerson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Nowack (Becky) and Sandra Nowack; her grandchildren, Megan Weaver (John) and Micah Nowack (Harmony); and her great grandchildren, Rebekah Brown (Erik), Mikayla Weaver, Claire Nowack and Otto Nowack.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Community Church (305 4th St, Potlatch, ID 83855).
