He was predeceased by: his adoptive parent Cecil B. (Florence Norling McNeese); and his parents, Cecil McNeese and Florence McNeese. He is survived by: his wife LaRee McNeese; and his children, Brenda Wright (Roger), Paula Illg, Kimberly Loera (Juan), Melanie Moody (Jason), Debbi and David McNeese.
