She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Winter; her parents, Bill Dodd and Shirley Dodd; and her brother Clifford Dodd. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Murdoch and David Winter; her brother Rodney Dodd; and her grandchildren, Aidan and Zoey Murdoch.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Tri-Cities Diaper Bank, where Darlene found quiet joy in helping others.
