She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Welsh and Marie Wilson Welsh; her former husband Jim Clark; and her siblings, Robert Welsh and Florence Welsh Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mack; her son Randy Clark (Patty); her grandsons, Nathan Clark Morgan (Mauri) and Matthew Clark; and her stepchildren, Richard Mack, Rosemary Griffin, Rebecca Huesties, Ruthellen Dunlap and Rozanne Crockford. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jane's name to the Benton Franklin Humane Society or the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy Hospice House.
