She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsa Mae McKay and Thomas L. McKay; her daughter Kelly D. Cook (John P. Wickern); and her grandsons, Michael W. Shea and Nikko J. Paez.

She is survived by: her former husband James Cook; her sister Kimberly; her husband John P. Wickern; her grandsons, Karland and Klintan; her children, Kary Cook (Piper), Kimberly Cushing (Mike) and John K. Wickern (Leslie); her grandchildren, Tristan Wickern, Laura, Jonathan Corr and Aahzlie Cook; and her sister Katrinka Rogers.
