Miller (Frank), Jarett, Skyler, Brandon Miller (Bobby), Danika Nilson, Derick Shaulis (Dallas), Michael Applegate and Megan Hickey (Barbara); and his great grandchildren, Ophelia Shaulis (Derick), Oona Griffiths (Danika), Lydia, Benji Applegate (Michael), Lillian and Maddie Hickey (Megan). He is also survived by many family members and friends.
