She is survived by: her husband Norman Leroy Welch; and her children, Norman Otto Welch (Tammy Smith), Edith Earlene Welch, Malaura (Robin Paul Dunn), Amphaivanh Kommavongsa (Julie Walker), Naomi (Jim Johnson) and Joshua Aaron Welch (Laura Clarno).

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will have private services.
