Smurthwaite (Guy); his grandchildren, Amanda Chambers (Mason), Camden Foley, Phoebe Smurthwaite, Travis Foley, Jr. and Noah Smurthwaite; his great grandchild Steely Rae Chambers; and his cousin Ron Grey (Sandra).
