He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wade and Beverly Smith Wade; and his grandparents, Henry, Rena Wade, Carl, Marie Smith and Bernice.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Capwell; his sons, Jeff, Michael and Andrew (Amanda); his grandson Greyson of Pomeroy; his sisters, Connie Larson (Duane) of Potlatch, Debbie Taylor of Potlatch and Tami Norland (Kaare) of Clarkston; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Capwell of Spokane, Clark and Lillian Capwell of Colfax.
