She is survived by: her parents, Kristine Cetinel-Johnson and Casey Korkut Cetinel; her stepparents, James Johnson and Feriha Cetinel; her siblings, Ashley Cetinel and Jon Cetinel; her fiancé Aaron Criss; her grandfather James Relyea; and her aunt Lisa Relyea.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodfin Memorial Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). The military honors was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
Amber also donated to the Disabled Veterans charity.
