He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E Blair and Ena H Blair. He is survived by: his daughters, Kate Nack and Laura Blair-Gano; his grandchildren, Emily, Paul and Rowan Gano; his sister Lenore Laurenson; and his cousin Lorna Hoff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
