She is survived by: her husband Roger Kent Bates; her daughters, Shelly Best and Alison Bunker (Chad); her grandchildren, Elise and Drew Bunker; and her siblings, Ida Mains, Robert Hosko and Peter Hosko. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
