It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann (Baldwin) Ward of Prosser, Washington, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Beightol and Eva Beightol (Schenk); her children, Donald and Peggy (Ron); and her siblings, Bob and Jean.

She is survived by: her son Dan Baldwin (Teri) of Prosser. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was a great storyteller, remembering in detail local, national and world events from over 80 years ago. She loved her family and friends passionately. She had a hearty laugh and enjoyed both telling jokes and laughing at them. She was a unique, grand lady who made a huge difference in the lives of those who were honored to have known her.
