With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Frederick Baxter Jr. of Prosser, Washington, who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick Baxter, Sr. and Agnes Bernice; his wife Arleen Catterall; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Mike Baxter of Prosser, WA and Linda Watson of Benton City, WA; his grandchildren, Neil Parker of Kennewick, WA and Julie Grove of Richland, WA; and his great grandchildren, Alice Grove, Lane and Lola Parker.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be given to Lower Valley Hospice.
