Hopwood of Pullman, Washington, born in Dayton, Washington, who passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvis Bernard Hopwood and Frances Joan Pitzen; his nephew Les Doering; and his sister Sharon Herrington. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hopwood; his sons, Garvis James Hopwood (Mekesha) and Kyle Steven Hopwood (Veronica); his sister Nancy Kelly; his close friend Penny Taufen; his friend Bob Osmonovich; Christopher Herrington, Julie McCormick and Brian Doering. He is also survived by grandchildren from both of his sons.
