She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Maixner and Elizabeth Maixner (Barrows); her daughter Anna; and her brother Stephen. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hatley; her sons, Craig Magaret (Amalia) of Seattle, WA and Nathan Magaret (Lauren) of Hood River, OR; and her brothers, Bob and Dick Maixner. She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Community Congregational United Church of Christ (525 NE Campus St, Pullman, WA 99163).
