She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartsel Adkins and Grace Adkins (Johnson); her husband James; and her sister Doris Jean. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Ripley (Bruce) of Pullman, WA and James Thacker (Dawn) of Seattle, WA; and her sisters, Fleita Earls and Onieda Burchell. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Clear Creek Event Center (376 NE 219th Ave, Gresham, OR 97030).
