She was predeceased by: her great-great-grandparent Thomas Gabriel Samuels; her great-grandparent Raymond Fredrick Nahsonhoya; her grandfathers, Arnold "Otis" Patrick McCormack and Clarence Michael Anderson; her great-uncle George Whiteagle (Regina Rita Samuels Whiteagle); and her cousins, Raymond Clarence Rickman, Cora Lynn McCormack and Thomas Michael Gabriel Samuels.
She is survived by: her parents, Lowen Patrick McCormack and Tracy Ann Anderson; her siblings, Gionni Royce McCormack, Uriah Trael McCormack, Celilo Breeze McCormack and Nations Tamina McCormack; her grandmother Juda Susie Tanis Pinkham; her uncle Leotis Sonito McCormack; her grandmother Adeline Rae Nahsonhoya; her great-grandparent Christine June Nahsonhoya; her uncle Tim; her aunts, Sally Nahsonhoya, Carmelita Christine Nahsonhoya and Raquel Regina Nahsonhoya; and her cousins, Ransom, Rorrie and Raquel Rickman.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Pi-Nee-Waus Community Center (504 Main St S, Lapwai, ID 83540).
