He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Sabrina Ugwu, Dan Warner (Gail), Shane Warner and Dale Warner (Eunice); his stepchildren, Teresa Green and Shane Emerson (Kealan); and his siblings, Brad, Larry, Roger, Richard, Janet and Joanne. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
