He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Rutledge and Fannie Randolph; his family, Promise, Ron and Gail Webster of Colfax; his child Noel Webster; his brother Kenneth McCoy of Dallas, Texas; and his aunt Lucy Adams of Morristown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Peace Lutheran Church, or the Colfax food pantry.
