He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Germain and Cornelia Germain (Hunter); and his sister Maria Dickenson. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Germain; his children, Shelley Calissendorff and Steve Germain (Leigh); his grandsons, Boone and Von; and his siblings, Gayle Gutierrez and David Germain (Dorothy).

A memorial service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Corbeill Funeral Home (905 S Grand Ave, Pullman, WA 99163).
