She was predeceased by: her husband Buryl Dean Shaffer; and her siblings, Rosetta Boydston, Daniel Stalder, Christina Stalder, Robert Stalder and Gertrude Flower.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Fae Krizer (Mark) of Sterling, William Dean Shaffer (Barbara) of Ridgefield and Deborah Mae Johnson (James) of Puyallup; and her grandchildren, Mark Brown (Jennie), Jenna Beyer (Scott), Matthew Krizer, Rebecca Morrison (Nathan), Amy Crocker, Luke Shaffer (Bethany), Anna Mielke (Nathan), Jeffrey Shaffer (Jamie) and Daniel Shaffer. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
