He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mullins and Elizabeth Smart Mullins; his wife Pauline Leveck; and his brother Wayne Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter LeAnn Hurst (Rick) of Kirkland, Washington; his grandchildren, Ashley Potts (Josh) and Michael Hurst; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Joelle, Levi and Oliver Potts. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home (320 W Pioneer Ave, Puyallup, WA 98371).
