He is survived by: his wife Carrie of Creston; his children, Jesse (Amie) of Quincy and Jamie (Khanh) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Hunter of Quincy, Mya of Quincy and Nicole of Quincy; and his siblings, Gary (Barb) and Janice (Wes) of Ephrata.
