He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John P. Plummer, Jr. and Marcella DeLay Plummer; his sister Linda Jane Plummer Smith; his wife Martha; and his son Andrew Curtis Plummer. He was also cherished by his extended family, and the many friends and colleagues.
A reception will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Molalla Masonic Lodge.
