He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fritter and Philys Fritter; and his siblings, Randy and Rosalee Mann. He is survived by: his wife Debra Prouty; his daughter Shawn Crislip; and his siblings, Elaine Fritter, Linda Lowrey, Terry Fritter and Daniel Fritter. He is also survived by spouses, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Western Folklife Center in Elko, NV where he was a member and patron for over 25 years.
