He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jouper and Mary Louise Jouper (Byrd); and his brothers, Leonard and Alvin May. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jouper (Bailey); his children, Candy, Edwin Jr. of Shelton, Jeffrey (Patti) of Outlook, Richard of South Bend, Terry of Chehalis, Cindy of Olympia, Wendy Stigall (Burt) of Shelton, Candace Jaime (Roger) of Warrenton, OR and Lisa Sanchez (Eloy) of South Bend; and his grandchildren, Nathan Jouper, Richard Stigall, Mark Stigall, Jeffrey Nissell, Derek Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Alex Sanchez, Travis Sanchez, Marisa Ank, Chelsea Hartman, Jani Jouper, Jennifer Walker and Rachel Jouper.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 916 W First St, South Bend, WA 98586.
In lieu of flowers, Ed asked that donations be made to Willapa Harbor Helping Hands.
