He is survived by: his daughters, Madison (Ryan), Katie (Brandon) and Emily; his grandchildren, Mia and Brooks; and his siblings, Brian Green (Kelly) of Cashmere, Ron Green (Jodi) of Buckley and Marla Koplitz of Enumclaw. He is also survived by ten loving nieces and nephews.
