David C Wallbom Obituary
David "Dave" Cornelius Wallbom, 85, of Redmond, WA, passed away, surrounded by his family on June 25, 2018. Dave is survived by his sister and brother, Connie Burke and Mark Wallbom, his "Beautiful" wife Annelie, daughters Becky (Chuck) Aldrich, Deborah (Ron) Regan, stepsons Hans (Betty) Gehlhaar, Karl (LaDonna) Gehlhaar, and his grandchildren Shannon Polion, Ian Reed, Steven Regan, Heidi Gehlhaar, Lindsey Gilmour, Dakoda Aldrich and great grandchildren.
His career included working with the Seattle Police as a detective, was the Physical Plant Administrator at Bellevue Community Colleges and The Evergreen State College. Perhaps his most cherished career was the Ski Patrol Director at Snoqualmie Pass. His lifetime also included membership with numerous service organizations.
Dave loved boating, playing golf, skiing, and all Seattle sports teams i.e. Seahawks and Huskies. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Snoqualmie Pass Ski Patrol, Alzheimer's Association, or the American Cancer Society.
