He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Wentzel and Susan Millikan; his children, Laura Brantner, Steve Askew and Thomas Askew; his stepsons, Dana Chaffin and Scott Chaffin; his grandchildren, Jason, Melissa, Summer, Ivy, Makayla, Hanna, Tanner, Neil, Erika and Lisa; and his great grandchildren, Daxton, Autumn, Parker, Peyton and Andi.
