She was predeceased by : her parents, Vella Rose Annette Leake (Leake) and Raymond Junior Leake; her grandparents, Leona and Elbert Leake; her daughter Melody C Eldred; her son-in-law Douglas C. Mohney (Dale L. Evans); and her son Ricky D Evans.
She is survived by : her husband Dale LeRoy Evans; her daughters, Pamela D. Fischer (Bill) of Edmonds, WA and KimberLee J. E. Mohney of Post Falls, ID; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Murphy, Aiden, Henry (Kyle) and Kasen. She is also survived by nieces, uncles and cousins.
