He is survived by: his mother Naomi Myers (Dunham); his father-in-law Dave; his wife Terri; his children, Sarah Carlisle (Tim), Wendy Macfarlane (Davie), Michael Carter and Christopher Scott; and his grandchildren, Jack Carlisle, Ryan and Liam Macfarlane.
