He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Simpson Jr. and Frances J. Simpson; his grandparents, Teresa, Thomas "Sherritt" Simpson, James and Marie Morrison; his aunts, Teresa Oleson (Duane) and Mildred Morrison; and his cousins, Jeff Bianchi and Angela Morrison.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Simpson, John Simpson, James Simpson, Julie, Joanne Simpson, Kathy, Ron, Marissa, Shandileigh Bahhur (Malik), Dawn and Morgan; his uncle Robert Morrison; his aunt Janie Bianchi; and his cousins, Kevin Oleson (Allison), Terri Clough (Wayne), Lisa Bianchi, Sue Mudrovich (Doug), Edward Morrison, Sr. (Sue), Charlotte Roberts Morrison, Andrew Morrison, Matthew Morrison (Dianne), David Morrison (Carrie), Sylvia Morrison, Remi Morrison (Shelly) and Christine Morrison. He is also survived by his family and friends.
